At Good Books you will find a selection of pre-loved books which can be purchased at a suggested donation of £1.50 for paperbacks and £3.00 for hardbacks. There are many second hand bibles, various translations, available too, plus bible commentaries. We also have a growing number of pre-loved hymn or worship books.
Amongst our pre-loved books, we have some good condition used books, some of which are potential collectors items. We hope to develop this area within our business by creating an on-line bookshop for shoppers to interact with and buy books.
We do also stock new books and seasonal reading, particularly bibles, which make great gifts for baptisms, confirmations or any other special occasion. Amongst our new books, we have quite a collection from local authors, including Mary Weeks Millard, Rev Kay Taylor and Trevor Stubbs.
